Apple Cheesecake Pie w/ Rye Double Crust

Roasted apples and a ginger cheesecake cream layered between a rye double crust. No one else will be bringing one of these to dinner!

Crust - spelt flour, rye flour, butter, egg, sugar, salt
Filling -  apple, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, corn flour, ginger, vanilla paste, grains of paradise
